Individual Coaching means working one-on-one with your coach to create and achieve personal and professional goals. Whether your goals look like, “shower and brush my teeth more often”, or “write the book i’ve always dreamed of writing!”, one-on-one coaching can get you there.
We ask that all new clients commit to three months of coaching at a rate of three sessions per month. After that, you are free to choose whether to continue working with your coach, change the frequency of coaching sessions or end there. All individual coaching clients get complimentary access to the ADHD Studio.
